We accept Visa and Mastercard for online purchases. In-store you may also use cash, and debit cards.
New items, with receipt, may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided it is still in new condition and in the original packaging. No Cash Refunds.
Any special orders not made on account will need to be paid for in full at the time of ordering.
Special orders on account will have a maximum of 30 days from the date of the order being placed to pay the account balance.
Orders placed for pickup in store will have 14 days to pick up the items. If the items are not picked up within that time frame, a fee of 15% of the order total will be charged for holding the items in the warehouse.
The deposit is only refundable if the item is NOT available
Some Special Orders can take up to 60 days to fulfil and ship. All body armour orders take 6-8 weeks.
In-store lay-aways are subject to a 50% deposit. Customers are required to pick up their item(s) by the agreed upon date.

All sale, used and consignment items are sold “AS-IS”. NO exchanges or returns!
Some items will come with a warranty of a particular time frame which are set by the manufacturers. If you have an item that you believe is covered under warranty, or have questions regarding warranty, please do not hesitate to call or e-mail us and we will assist you to the best of our abilities. SEALS Action Gear can not guarantee approval of, or provide warranty on any product that does not bear the SEALS Action Gear Trademark.
Certain items, including body armour, food products, high angle gear and undergarments, are not returnable under any circumstances!
